Ocala Street

Constructed in Tallahassee, FL, this garden-style complex offers two to four-bedroom apartments with spacious courtyards. N Edward Gary Street

This mid-rise development in San Marcos, TX, offers micro to four-bedroom apartments with rooftop courtyards. Despite having over 100 units on a compact site of less than an acre, it boasts private underground parking and a one-of-a-kind podium-level pool.

This project in Mansfield, CT, comprises studio to three-bedroom apartments and over 100,000 square feet of retail space. It boasts more than 1,000 rental units, market-rate townhouses, and a hotel.
