This mid-rise located in Fort Collins, CO, offers a variety of unit options, from studios to five-bedroom apartments. It boasts an architecture that blends in with the dynamic atmosphere of the surrounding area. The building features a private parking area, a fitness center, a rooftop swimming pool, and communal spaces for socializing.

Ocala Street

Constructed in Tallahassee, FL, this garden-style complex offers two to four-bedroom apartments with spacious courtyards. Each unit was designed with meticulous attention to detail, featuring granite countertops and cutting-edge appliances. The development also includes private parking and a unique Aqua Lounge. 

Urban Infill Experience

N Edward Gary Street

This mid-rise development in San Marcos, TX, offers micro to four-bedroom apartments with rooftop courtyards. Despite having over 100 units on a compact site of less than an acre, it boasts private underground parking and a one-of-a-kind podium-level pool. 

Master Development Experience

Dogwood Lane

This project in Mansfield, CT, comprises studio to three-bedroom apartments and over 100,000 square feet of retail space. It boasts more than 1,000 rental units, market-rate townhouses, and a hotel. The development includes private, structured parking and a transit inter-model facility, and has brought a refurbished town center to the town of Mansfield.
