Over the course of his career, Rodney has overseen the development and acquisition of more than $3.2 billion worth of projects across the United States. As the principal broker, Rodney oversees all brokerage and development operations for the company.

Managing Director, Design and Construction
Terry is responsible for overseeing design, preconstruction, estimating, and construction-related activities; he draws on his vast construction background to manage our projects. Terry's expertise in the field stems from his 20-plus years of experience, including his tenure at leading construction companies like Skanska. His strategic thinking abilities and exceptional communication skills have earned him a great reputation in the industry, making him a valuable member of our team.
Our team consists of highly experienced real estate developers, brokers, attorneys, leasing professionals, financial analysts, property managers, and business specialists. Our leaders and partners come from a range of backgrounds including finance, law, engineering, construction management, and real estate brokerage.
We have a comprehensive expertise that covers all stages of a project, from conception to delivery, while balancing risk and maximizing the financial performance.
